Protect Your Websites

Anderson last night called me. He informed me to be aware of site hackers because he was a victim of such attack.

I know he runs some Websites and at least five of his sites ere attacked by these people. They generally used to grab the passwords first then they implant some redirection codes on the host pages.

Anderson told that he had no visitors for the last two months specially on his Best Baby Swings site. Being curious, one day he tried to browse this site - My God, a different, unknown site was opened.

Taking no risk he immediately login to his server and went through the web pages. There he discovered that some pirates had impregnated a redirection codes for their own.

Anderson earnestly requested me to inform the matter to all our friends as a precautionary measure. He proposed some suggestions like this:

1. Passwords must have Caps, Small, Special Characters and digits.
2. Try to use Linux Platform.
3. Browse your site at least once a week.
4. If possible, check traffic frequency at two days interval.

Analogy To Human Life

Me and my younger son Rik had taken some photographs. We decided to draw an analogy between the activities of human life and the later. Please leave your valuable comments -
Life starts where we do not know but it always peeps (Photos - PK).
It blooms and gets matured, shows it's various activities and enjoys the charms of nature.
Love is ever green and heart awaits for that from others.
 Is it that other part?
It never gets dried because tears are obvious whether due to joy or sorrow (Photos - Rik).
Run, run and run who knows the destination.
Choose the right one from this vast world.
It is always tuned - if we do not make it distorted.
Final days sometime will invite us.
Still it has a beauty - let us enjoy it in full swing.
Actual form of the material world.
Again the cycle follows (Photo - PK).

WATCH News To Watch

At last I got what I was searching so far - an ideal watch site. Great indeed! A very special friend of mine is going to celebrate her Silver Jubilee Marriage Anniversary next month. She is a kind of lady having peculiar hobbies. One such is buying sophisticated, gaudy, reasonable - priced branded multifunctional wrist – watches. Like we buy dresses and change every now and then. Her’s is with different watches. Moreover she is an executive in a firm of international repute. So I am taking this opportunity to gift her Rado Watch. I have gone through this site: http://www.bestfancywatches.info/. I think you also told me the other day that you want to gift your would-be engineer son a Rado watch before he joins Microsoft. So, Why not you go through the site before buying? I think you won’t be disheartened.

Island No-3, Salt Lake - Slowly Getting Accident Prone Zone

A News Desk Report:

A bus stop at Island No-3, Salt Lake is now an accident prone zone. The city was beautifully designed with wide Foot Paths for the pedestrians. In many cases these were converted to gardens, shops etc etc. Though in the earlier days, on main avenues this practice was not noticed and pedestrians would freely use the foot paths.

But some neo-urban and pseudo-cultured car owners are encroaching  the foot path spaces by parking their cars and creating troubles to the children, senior citizens and others.

A specific case may be mentioned here. Foot path space of 1st Avenue before AC-19, AC-18 and AC-17 are occupied by a number of cars for most of the day time. This is the Island No-3 bus stop, a busy location. During the office hours one can hardly stand on the foot path for availing of buses due to narrowing of the space.

Verbal approach to the said car drivers, security guards of AC-17 was not fruitful and they had some hooligan attitude. Telephonic request to Police (Dial 100) was also failed to get any remedy.

We are afraid of that any day a major accident may cause here and that day is not so far.

Do you have any suggestion?

TSUNAMI NEWS

What is a Tsunami?

Now-a-days we hear the term Tsunami frequently. What is it?
Tsunami or 'harbor wave' is a series of water waves (called a tsunami wave train) caused by the dislocation of a large volume of a body of water, usually an ocean, but can occur in large lakes. These breathtaking waves are typically caused by large, undersea earthquakes at tectonic plate boundaries. When the ocean floor at a plate boundary rises or falls suddenly it displaces the water above it and launches the rolling waves that becomes a tsunami.
Tsunamis are common happenings in Japan; approximately 195 events have been recorded. Owing to the huge volumes of water and the high energy involved, tsunamis can devastate coastal regions. Japan was hit 11th of March, 2011 by a massive earthquake. The earthquake measured 8.9 on Richter scale. The epicenter for Japan Earthquake was located 373 Kms away from Tokyo in Northern Japanese coast. The Japan Earthquake has resulted in heavy waves in the ocean and prompted as many as 19 countries to issue Tsunami Alert.
The number of casualties in the Japan Earthquake is not yet clear. Many countries are expected to be hit with Tsunami due to this Earthquake. So, countries have alerted their people by issuing Tsunami Alert.
Google did its own part by displaying the following quote on its homepage:
“Tsunami Alert for New Zealand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Hawaii, and others. Waves expected over the next few hours, caused by 8.9 earthquake in Japan.”
Measures are being taken to save people from the Tsunami.
